These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UserKit. By using our service, you agree to be bound by them. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our site.

1. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Please don’t share your account with others. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know immediately.

2. Subscriptions & billing

UserKit is a subscription-based service. Plans renew automatically unless you cancel before your renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings or by contacting support.

You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for ongoing use of the service.

3. Changes to the service or pricing

We may adjust our pricing or the features offered in each plan. If we do, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

4. Acceptable use

Please use UserKit responsibly. Don’t break the law, interfere with other customers, or try to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse our platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Termination

You can stop using UserKit at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account if we believe you’ve violated these Terms. In that case, we may provide notice, but we're not required to.

6. No warranties

We provide UserKit “as is.” That means we don’t make promises about uptime, performance, or that the service will meet your specific needs. We try our best, but things can go wrong.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in UserKit and its content remain ours. You agree not to copy, resell, or exploit any part of the service without our permission.

9. Use of your logo

We may include your company’s logo on our website or in promotional material to indicate that you use UserKit. If you’d prefer we don’t, just let us know.

10. Legal stuff

These Terms are the entire agreement between us and you. If we don’t enforce a part of them, it doesn’t mean we’ve waived our right to do so later.
